  • Often we have a waiting list of patients, and it makes it very challenging to fill these gaps when a patient cancels without giving at least 48 hours of notice.

    If you cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment time, you'll incur a $50 fee.

  • Although we do not accept insurance for our services, we're happy to provide you with an invoice, including diagnosis and procedure codes. You may submit this to your insurance company directly for possible reimbursement. We also do our best to get your labs covered by insurance.

  • Payment is due at the time of appointment, service, or purchase.
